Make your party or event something special.

Schedule a birthday party, or call to reserve our community meeting space. Foxfire events bring people together and we're here to serve the greater community.

Birthdays

Reserve our covered pavilion for a birthday party. We book one party at a time, so you have the farm all to yourselves. Come a half-hour early at no charge to set up.

Activities

Foxfire Woods and Farm will encourage party goers to:

Meet our friendly farm animals
Hike our nature trails
Play corn hole and net games
Organize a sack race
Use our tree-shaded playground and enjoy our new deck overlooking the play area

Additional Details

What is Included
Includes:
- Pavilion rental
- 1 tractor pulled ride
- Feed and pet farm animals
- Use of grills and indoor kitchen area
What to Bring
- Cake, cupcakes, and any other food you plan to serve
- Serving supplies such as plates, napkins, cups, utensils, (table cloths and centerpieces, etc.
What to Wear
- Sunscreen
- Bug Spray
- Remember to wear close-toed shoes that protect your feet!
What if I Need Help on the Day of My Party?

Staff will be on-site to assist with parking and any questions or needs that arise. Handicapped parking is available beside the pavilion, and a 4-seater golf cart is on call as needed for individuals with limited mobility.
Cleanup and Weather Policies

Please keep our farm clean by picking up all litter, including cigarette butts, candy wrappers, and gift bag ties or ribbons.

If weather issues arise, they will be addressed on an individual basis.
Cost

$250 for use of farm pavilion and facilities
$100 deposit required after confirmation of requested date; deposit is applied to total cost and refunded if weather is inclement and
unsafe for gathering
